Tupelo Plantation Phase IV and Pavilion - Nassau County, FL
Skiles Davis & Baker (SDB) performed the civil design for a 30 lot
subdivision in Nassau County, FL. Most lots were 3 to 5 ac in size. The
total project included approximately 266 acre and a 1.5 acre recreational area
for an onsite pavilion to serve the overall 100 lot subdivision. The design
included a swale type drainage system to treat the stormwater from the
Phase IV project and 1.5 miles of proposed private roadway. This project
included permitting through SJRWMD and Nassau County.
