Island Club Apartments - Jacksonville, FL
Island Club Apartments is a 12 acre multifamily development which
included 9 buildings (244 apartments) and clubhouse with a pool to serve
the residence. We were responsible for the entire civil design which included
site design, stormwater, and utility design. The utilities consisted of a water
distribution system, a gravity sanitary system and a private lift station
design with approximately 1110 lf of sanitary forcemain. Permitting
included permits through City of Jacksonville, FDOT, JEA and FDEP.
