The project includes a 100 acre golf course redevelopment with park areas, a
114 lot subdivision and clubhouse. We are currently involved in the civil
design which will include site planning, a master stormwater design, utility
design and permitting through St. Johns County, SJRWMD, and FDEP.
Other duties included being the agent for the Comprehensive Land Use
Amendment, agent for the Rezoning Application
