This project consisted of a high school campus on approximately 42 acres. The
main portion of the campus was 29 acres and contained 9 buildings (classrooms,
gymnasium, etc…), a main entrance with a bus loop and staff and student
parking lots. The campus also included a 12 acre recreational area which included
baseball/softball fields, a football field and future event parking. Doug was
responsible for the entire civil design which included site planning, master
stormwater design, pavement design, and utility design for water, sanitary and
fire protection services. Doug was also responsible for site grading and drainage
plans, turn lane design, maintenance of traffic, and sediment and erosion control
plans.
