As a sub consultant to The Haskell Company, Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. was the
civil engineer for three (3) parking garages in Jacksonville. Our duties included
design of sidewalk and streetscape improvements, design of underground
stormwater vaults and utility coordination within existing right-of-ways.
