Bobby L. Baker, Engineer Intern, Owner
Bobby received his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida (BSCE 2005). He has three years of
civil engineering design experience. Bobby also has five years of experience as Quality Assurance Coordinator with a large
design build firm where his duties included quality assurance for numerous public and private institutional and industrial
projects in the state of Florida. Bobby's experience also includes eight years of construction materials and geotechnical
engineering with a consulting engineering firm. In all, Bobby has been working in the land development and construction
industry for over 18 years.

Kyle F. Davis P.E., Civil Engineer, Owner
Kyle received his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida (BSCE 2000). He has an education
background in water resources and structural design. Kyle has three years of civil design and permitting experience in
industrial development in states such as Florida, Georgia, California and Ohio while working for one of America's largest
design build companies. Kyle has spent the last four years focusing on development in the north Florida area which
includes the design and permitting of single family and multi-family residential projects, commercial and industrial
developments. Kyle has been working in the land development and construction industry for over nine years.

Douglas L. Skiles P.E., Civil Engineer, Owner
Doug received his bachelor and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida (BSCE 1991, ME
1992). Prior to founding Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. in 2004, Doug was lead engineer at one of America's largest design
build firms. This gave Doug a unique perspective on several types of development from the design phase through the end
of construction. In addition to civil engineering design, he has experience in geotechnical engineering, material testing and
land surveying. Doug has been working in the land development and construction industry for over twenty years.
