Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. (SDB) was the civil engineer for the
administrative office addition, site reorganization and warehouse
rehabilitation. This eight (8) acre site collects recyclable products and
prepares the products for redistribution to production facilities. Our
duties included site planning, stormwater design, utility design and
permitting through the city of Jacksonville, SJRWMD and JEA.
