Nassau Commerce Center - Yulee, FL Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. (SDB) is the civil engineer for an industrial development located in the Yulee Tradeplex Industrial Park. The project includes three (3) - 27,000 sf warehouse/distribution buildings with 54 truck docks and an employee parking area. Our duties have included rezoning, site planning, stormwater design, utility design and permitting through SJRWMD, JEA and Nassau County. |
