Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. (SDB) is the civil engineer for a 203,000 sf
expansion of the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group's existing bottling and
distribution facility on their 18 acre industrial site in Jacksonville, FL.
The project includes 17 new truck docks, a tractor trailer parking, and
staging area and modified site access. SDB duties have included site
planning, internal traffic circulation analysis and design, coordination
of construction and design teams, stormwater management system
design, utility design and permitting through the city of Jacksonville,
SJRWMD and JEA.
