Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. (SDB) is a civil engineering design and consulting company established
in 2004. SDB specializes in many disciplines of civil engineering including site planning, grading and
drainage, utility system design, landscape design and stormwater system design. Our mission is to
produce the highest quality and the most cost effective design solutions for our customers along
with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a smooth construction process. SDB is dedicated to
customer satisfaction as well as producing a design that best suits the needs of our clients while
providing an aesthetically pleasing solution. SDB staff is committed to prompt and accurate service
while dealing in land development issues such as concurrency, permitting, construction inspection
and cost analysis. We also have a vast range of experience in design and construction in many areas
around the country. Our company's main focus, however, is development within the state of Florida
and southeast Georgia. Project experience includes industrial development, educational facilities,
large and small commercial projects, single and multifamily residential developments, office parks
and recreational facilities.
