The Commerce Center project is basically the second phase of the Villages
of Amelia project and includes approximately 1 mile of county roadway
(Commerce Blvd.) and a master drainage system to serve a 54 ac retail
development and the widening of a portion of State Road 200 (A1A)
planned by FDOT. SDB also designed the utility system including water
main, gravity sanitary sewer design and lift station design for JEA to serve
the entire project. The project will include permitting through Nassau
County, ACOE, FDEP, JEA and FDOT.
